- What counts as a generation?
- One shoot that returns four variations. Pick all four, pick none — it's still one. Starting a new shoot counts again; favoriting and pushing to your store does not.
- What happens if I run out?
- We never block you mid-flow. Overage credits kick in: $10 for 50 extra generations, billed through Shopify. You can also turn overages off in settings — we'll just hold new shoots until next cycle.
- Is there a free tier?
- There's a 14-day free trial with 25 generations included. No credit card needed at install (we use Shopify's billing flow, which only triggers at upgrade).
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Uninstall in one click from your Shopify admin. We don't store your generated images after 30 days; export at any point from the studio.
- Do you offer discounts for agencies?
- Yes — agencies installing TryOn for client stores get tiered discounts. Reach out for the partner deck.
- Can I connect TryOn to my other tools?
- Yes — direct integrations with other tools you use are coming in Q3 2026 for Pro and Enterprise. Today, everything happens inside your Shopify admin, which is where most indie brands already live.
